THP is seeking a visionary Program Chief and Medical Director for the Anaesthesia Department. Working with the Program Director, the Chief will lead efforts to enhance team culture, drive quality improvement, and position the department as a leader in care, education, and research. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a cohesive vision for the department.
• Advancing academic, clinical, and community partnerships.
• Launching transformative programs and integrating best practices.
• Leading infrastructure renewal efforts, leveraging technology to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Advocating for resources to enhance surgical capacity and specialty programs.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in medical leadership, clinical practice, and strategy.
• Physician licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, with Royal College certification in Anaesthesia.
• Eligible for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto.
