Education & Professional Development

CAS offers year-round continuing medical education (CME) to help you meet your Royal College CME requirements (Section 1, 2, and 3). Topics are driven by member feedback and developed with our outstanding section and committee leaders—who draw on recent clinical cases to tailor education to the challenges and opportunities you currently face.

  • Participate in 20+ live webinars and self-paced CPD modules or webinar recordings available throughout the year to meet CME requirements on your schedule 
  • 95% of CME activities (outside of the Annual Meeting) are free for members, with the remainder offered at significantly discounted rates

  • Public awareness efforts that emphasize the essential role of anesthesiologists
